Our renovation of the historic Hyperion office complex was listed as a Top 10 by the New Cube blog in its article, “Old Space, New Tricks.”

The landmark building at 1415 Fifth Ave. in San Rafael, originally an Evangelical church, probably wouldn't be celebrating its 100th anniversary if it weren't for Margie Belrose.

 
The dance teacher and her late husband, David, bought the old house of worship in 1962, when it was the Trinity Lutheran Church. Built in 1913 for $5,000, it was originally St. Mathew's German Evangelical Church.
